    This is not your typical dance Zumba® class!! STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

    POP Pilates® is an intense mat-based total body workout choreographed to pop music. It challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. While POP Pilates® moves all originate from classical Pilates, the class design, relationship with music, sequencing and reps, differ from reformer classes and traditional mat classes. The emphasis on moving to the beat makes each class feel like a “dance on the mat.” Students get to train their strength, balance, flexibility, agility, coordination and cardio fitness in this 60-minute workout.
