GO24 Fitness offers the world leading Fitness On Demand™ Virtual fitness classes that we can schedule from over 2300 classes. Some of the styles of exercise include kickboxing, Latin Dance, Body Pump, Body Flow, Yoga, Metabolic HipHop, ab workouts, stretching and Dance
The classes are offered in a variety of lengths. Some are as short as 12 minutes, while others reach an hour long. Also if there are no classes scheduled our members are free to choose a class from the library and take it right there and then.
