After getting to know more about bodybuilding through friends, Wade realized that weight training was extremely beneficial, not only with building a good physique, but also contributing to increased fitness performance and minimizing injuries. He aspires to assist clients with professional knowledge and lead them to the right fitness path to help achieve their fitness and/or sports goals.
