Head of Personal Training
Howard began is his fitness career as a certified personal trainer, nutritional and weight management consultant, Rehab and Crossfit trainer. Having worked at Pure Fitness for 10 years (5 years as a Master Trainer), and various positions at the Hong Kong Club, Eliment Fitlax and Jockey club, Howard has seen it all. His specialized training areas include sports specific training, postural and core conditioning, post rehab training. Ask him about his favourite mountain biking or running trails sometime!

Only 8 years ago, Jez's only exercise was bicep curling wine glasses! Through the impact of a mentor who motivated her to adopt a healthier lifestyle, fitness has become her passion and daily routine. Leap forward to today - Jez maintains her six-packs abs all-year-round, while still eating like a horse with plenty of "social meals", and trains with heavy weights regularly. She's a clear example of balancing fitness and a social life. Now, she's working to build an incredible career in health & fitness while inspiring others to change their habits and push themselves beyond their limits and realise they have infinite potential.

As a recognised pro-bodybuilder athlete and having competed in multiple competitions (1st place, bikini category, WBFF 2016), Julie believes in balance and overall wellness. Her training style involves a strong focus on personalisation, sustainable outcomes and injury prevention - "we all move and adapt in unique ways, there is no one-size fits all when it comes to long term training and serious results."

Rico is a results-based personal trainer and believes everyone who walks into GO24 is looking for a significant change to their body. His philosophy is to help all clients integrate fitness into their daily lives on top of achieving a physical transformation. He treats each client as a challenge - to first understand every client’s physical weakness, then to find out the reason behind it and how can he fix it together with his client. With her experience in Ballet dancing, gymnastic, and weight training. She understands that the balance between strength and mobility is critical for improving performance and preventing future injury.
Using her knowledge in strength and conditioning, functional anatomy, kinesiology, and movement correction. She targets her client’s needs and helps them best to achieve their fitness goals.

Wade grew up playing basketball, but had always lacked an advantage on the court due to his skinny and weak body structure. After getting to know more about bodybuilding through friends, Wade realized that weight training was extremely beneficial, not only with building a good physique, but also contributing to increased fitness performance and minimizing injuries. He aspires to assist clients with professional knowledge and lead them to the right fitness path to help achieve their fitness and/or sports goals.

Vanessa believes that fitness can help individuals find their confidence – as she herself is an aspiring bikini competitor. She feels everyone has the ability to improve themselves as long as they have the will and the right guidance, which she can provide with her knowledge and experience in personal training and nutrition consultation. Chris achieved amazing results on his own transformation journey (ask him sometime!) which led to his certification in personal training over 20 years ago. Having taught at F45, OrangeTheory and other group classes, Chris truly believes in functional training for a stronger and healthier lifestyle, as well as sports performance improvement.
